Commemorative Photo Project

To capture
feel of growing up

Taking photos is a common way to capture life’s precious moments, such as child’s first birthday, “Hundred days” celebration, “Seven-Five-Three” rites of passage (celebration of the growth and well-being of young children in Japan), entering university, graduating from university, getting married, and so on. Although photos cannot fully capture our feelings, by looking at them we can recall the emotions of those precious moments.
The Town of Photography, Higashikawa, is a place where capturing life’s precious moments is highly encouraged. The town wishes to celebrate those moments with you, offering the services of professional photographers who will take commemorative photos, placing it in an original frame and giving it to you as a present.
